1. To give underprivileged children educational head start by striving to provide the basic school necessities as follows:

a. An ongoing breakfast program that will feed the children before they start their school day.

b. A school library equipped with educational resources such as textbooks, reference materials, school supplies for teachers and students.

c. School uniforms to help children feel that they are equal to their peers.

d. Improve existing classrooms and/or build new ones that will provide students with an environment that is conducive to learning.

2. To encourage and mobilize initiatives of national and foreigners in sponsoring, making donations, volunteering and giving support of any sort that will further the mission of the organization.

3. To collaborate with governmental, non-governmental, similar organizations in working towards the effective implementations of BCEF’s short term and long term objectives.
